Yes, you read it right! The Nike Air Alpha Force Low 88 is due to make a timely return, arriving in its OG palette alongside a variety of unreleased colourways.
Making up one of Tinker Hatfield’s many, many sneaker creations, the Nike Air Alpha Force Low 88 first gained noise from being spotted on basketball veteran Michael Jordan, over three decades ago. Although the sneakers on Jordan’s feet were a pretty standard topic of conversation off the court, this model attracted more attention than usual due to it being outside of his usual Jumpman selection (consisting of Air Jordan 1’s, Air Jordan 11’s and the rest of his iconic roster).
In official imagery released by Nike, a textured white leather upper is complemented by striking red hues, alongside contrasting black and grey accents, seamlessly accentuating each design element. The model includes a forefoot strap for comfort and durability, embedded with red NIKE branding within the centre. Details down to the perforated leather exactly resemble the OG, getting us even more excited for what Nike decide to do with the rest of the anticipated colourways.
The Nike Air Alpha Force Low 88 will be available to buy on the 15th JULY 2023 via NIKE & SELECTED STOCKISTS. Stay locked on our socials @thedropdate for updates surrounding the unreleased colourways and all other sneaker drops.
