The Nike Air 180 model has certainly captured attention in 2024, especially with the return of the OG colourways. Now in 2025, we can get ready for the release of the Nike Air 180 in ‘Light Orewood Brown’, blending rich earth tones for a fresh look. This colourway was already teased in 2024 and will finally release on Monday 3 March 2025 at Nike and selected shops.
Originally launched in 1991, the Nike 180 silhouette is renowned for its comfortable full-length Air sole and bold design. This latest colourway, in earthy tones, offers a modern twist on the classic, featuring a mix of tan, brown, black, and orange hues. The design also evokes a hint of Nike ACG style, with a well-balanced interplay of these earthy tones.
The dark sole adds a striking contrast, elevating the overall look to a whole new level. In addition, the typical features of the Nike Air 180 silhouette are present, such as the tongue label and dynamic overlays on the upper.
What makes this new colourway so special is that it brings together earth tones in a modern way. It gives the design a fresh look, while still staying true to its roots. This shows again that Nike keeps a close eye on what is going on in the fashion world and cleverly capitalises on current trends.
