At that time, it wasn’t clear whether this was a limited edition or a wider release, but with the official campaign now launched, it’s clear that the sneaker will be available globally.

The campaign features Pharrell alongside the hip-hop duo Clipse, made up of Pusha T and No Malice, both of whom hail from Virginia Beach. The visuals, shot in Virginia Beach by photographer Cam Hicks, bring the raw energy of the city to life. The photography showcases the everyday moments of Virginia Beach, giving us an intimate look at the place that inspired Pharrell’s journey.
The Superstar 92 will be available in two colourways: ‘Cloud White’ and ‘Core Black’. The chunky, wider silhouette gives the sneaker a modern twist while staying true to its iconic roots. Thick padding around the ankle and a sturdy sole give the sneaker a skate-inspired look, evoking the ‘90s while keeping the design fresh and relevant.
