The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Palomino Is Here
The classic silhouette that we all know and love returns once again in a rustic brown palette – Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Palomino. Flaunting a design that is visually similar to the AJ1 Retro High Black Mocha, this iteration is finally in reach after being originally teased back in December 2022. The Palomino drop marks the long-awaited AW23 Jumpman releases, with a sick line up including the Air Jordan 1 Elevate Low WNBA, AJ1 Low Sky Orange and AJ4 Retro PS Red Cement.
A closer look at the sneaker reveals a textural combination of sleek black leather and brown suede within the upper. The contrasting textile emulates both of the things that make a perfect winter sneaker: a solid colour scheme and durable composition. The chocolatey brown suede adopts the collar, toe guard, heel and Swoosh, complimented by a cream underfoot. Featuring on the tongue is vibrant yellow Nike Air branding, additionally replicated inside in the insole. The laidback palette of this Jumpman sneaker offers effortless styling across the upcoming months of AW23, matching the weather’s energy in a fit that’s extra cold.
The shoe follows suit of earlier Palomino colourways, such as the Air Jordan Retro, AJ1 Mid and Low. We’re definitely fans of the rich brown hue, and look forward to see what else the Jumpman powerhouse has in store for going forward.
