How to Style: PUMA King Indoor
As the intersection between football and fashion continues to thrive, we’re seeing more and more sport-inspired ‘fits and archival silhouettes returning to the mainstream eye. Ready to come to the forefront of this sneaker trend is the freshly revived PUMA King Indoor, an old school model with a big influence in retro football culture. Coming clean with immaculate colour-blocking and a trendy folded tongue, we had a go at styling the nostalgic offering, and here’s how it turned out!
How we styled them…
Luke and I kicked things off with a solid foundation – baggy jeans, of course. I went for classic blue denim, while he opted for sleek black, both giving an effortless vibe. You can’t go wrong with a trusty pair of jeans, right?
The King Indoor? A game-changer, with a strong black-and-white palette makes styling a breeze, blending seamlessly into just about any outfit.
To keep things cohesive, I layered up with a white long-sleeve under a black Maharishi tee, dialling in a skater-inspired aesthetic for a perfect fusion of football influence with streetwear steez. And because, I personally feel that no ‘fit is complete without a lot of gold, I stacked some jewellery.
Luke, on the other hand, went all in on the monochrome vibe. His black Stüssy jeans were paired perfectly with a grey Drama Call hoodie, keeping things clean, casual, and effortlessly put together. A black IDA cap finished the look with just right amount of streetwear nonchalance – ideal for everyday side-quests!
