Brain Dead x adidas Are Back with a Fire Japan Lo Collection
Brain Dead and adidas clearly know how to craft something special. For their latest collaboration, the two names have unveiled two colourways of the Japan Lo silhouette. The sneakers where first spotted in a Paris showroom and are now set to drop later this month, in August 2025.

For their latest collab, Brain Dead and adidas chose the Japan Lo silhouette. Originally made for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, it now returns with a special twist. Brain Dead’s collaboration brings two colourways: ‘Brown’ with yellow details and ‘Black’ with blue accents.
Both colourways feature playful elements, such as flame-shaped hairy suede overlays that stand out against the leather upper, adding a retro yet creative vibe in line with the brand’s signature style.
Other standout details in this design include the hairy laces, suede heel pull tab, and contrasting leather collar, combining to create a playful yet premium feel. Co-branding is also featured, appearing on the side of the shoes.
