Levi’s is paying proper tribute to the return of Britpop legends Oasis with a fresh new capsule, straight out of Manchester. The collab taps into the band’s signature ‘90s style, with a tight line up of tees and denim.
There are seven premium T-shirts in the mix – think classic Oasis logos, nods to Manchester City blue, and one standout black long-sleeve with “Supersonic” up front and lyrics on the back. All the tees come stamped with old-school Levi’s woven labels, proper retro vibes.
Beyond that, the collection brings three denim pieces straight from Liam and Noel’s heyday. There is a parka with throwback Orange Tab details and Oasis embroidery. There is also a Type II Trucker jacket inspired by their legendary Knebworth days, plus a banded collar shirt in indigo stripes that gives a cheeky nod to their hometown club.
Shot by Michael Spencer Jones – the man behind some of the band’s most iconic album covers – the campaign hits all the right notes.
“We’ve timed this drop with Oasis getting back on stage,” says Levi’s collabs VP Leo Gamboa. “They’ve been rocking Levi’s for years, and this collection’s all about that timeless connection.”
The Levi’s x Oasis collection is out now at Levi’s in Europe, with a global release coming soon. Keep an eye on the Drop Date’s news page for more articles like these.
