Update July 25, 2025 – After teasing fans with Puerto Rico-exclusive Gazelle drops earlier this month, July 2025, Bad Bunny and adidas Originals are ready to take things worldwide. Their latest project? This rework of the classic Gazelle, infused with the rhythm, colours and textures of Puerto Rico itself: We’re talking about the Gazelle ‘Cabo Rojo’. A striking addition to the City Series, named after the southwestern town known for its red-sand beaches and laid-back coastal vibe. 

Global release? It’s happening. The Bad Bunny x adidas Gazelle ‘Cabo Rojo’ officially drops on 26 July at 9 AM BST at adidas and selected retailers, with CONFIRMED app sign-ups kicking off on 22 July at the same time. If you’re hoping to grab a pair, you might want to act fast…

Original post July 1st, 2025 – 2025 is shaping up to be Bad Bunny’s year. Between topping the charts and dropping high-profile collaborations, the Puerto Rican superstar is once again setting his sights on sneaker dominance with adidas. That’s right, following the success of his album ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos’, Benito is expanding his adidas Gazelle lineup with a pink addition.

A Closer Look…

The Bad Bunny x adidas Gazelle ‘Cabo Rojo’ sticks to the signature details we’ve come to expect from the artist’s adidas line. Think exposed product tag on the heel, a curved T-toe overlay, and a synthetic collar. All lending the silhouette a deconstructed, style-savvy edge.

The colourway blends earthy warmth with crisp detailing, making it a standout in both design and story.

In terms of colour, this pair leans into soft, earthy tones. A clay-hued upper is paired with olive accents, while the real standout sits underneath. A translucent sole unit inspired by the pink salt flats of Cabo Rojo, a striking natural feature in Puerto Rico’s southwest.

Much like the previous ‘San Juan’ edition, which nodded to the capital’s coastal views, the ‘Cabo Rojo’ shifts the focus inland. It’s a grounded tribute, brought to life most vividly through that see-through sole.
