Following postponement from the Three-Stripes, the adidas Yeezy 500 Cream/Gum is set to arrive in 2024.
Ever since the news broke of the controversial demise of adidas Yeezy, sneaker enthusiasts have been eager to get their hands on the remainder of releases. Much to the dismay of fans of the sub-brand, the Three-Stripes recently announced that it would be terminating the remainder of drops this year. Unsure as to whether this meant the end of adidas Yeezy for good, or just for now, the fate was pretty uncertain across the board. But one thing about the sneaker community, they’re going to get to the bottom of it. Twitter (X) user @brandon1an took to the platform to unveil the adidas Yeezy 500 Cream/Gum, set to arrive in 2024 amongst other unreleased models. So, it looks like the collaborative enterprise isn’t going anywhere just yet.
Initially intended to release this year, this sleek offering is definitely worth waiting for. Vaguely resembling the light colour scheme of the previous roll-out in August, the offering opts for a creamy upper. The 2018 silhouette boasts a visually dynamic upper, composed of breathable mesh and suede overlays. Tonal hues encourage a textural aesthetic, complemented by the white/gum wavy adiPRENE sole unit.
As aforementioned above, the adidas Yeezy 500 Cream/Gum is set to arrive next year, in 2024. For the latest updates as well as other sneaker news, stay locked to our socials @thedropdate. While you await the drop, shop adidas YEEZY on StockX via the banner below…
