The NIKE AIR MAX 1 LIGHT MADDER ROOT sees the iconic Tinker Hatfield profile delivered in a pastel arrangement. Kicking off a year in which we’re undoubtedly going to see plenty more of the Pompidou-inspired silhouette given its 35th birthday, Nike is already getting to work with an all-new version of the ’87 model. Crafted mesh uppers feature plush suede overlays surrounding each shoe, contrasted by blue sidewall panels and green Swooshes. Creamy midsoles sit alongside speckled brown outsoles, capped off by stitched tongue tags, graphic insoles and embroidered branding at the heel. Check out solebox’s images of Dutch rapper, composer and producer sor in the shoes ahead of the drop.
