The CARHARTT X CONVERSE CHUCK TAYLOR 70 LOW sees two pioneering streetwear brands join forces for the very first time…
The heritage behind Converse and Carhartt is undeniable, with both brand’s changing the shape of youth style and streetwear as we know it. Converse was there in the pioneering days of basketball footwear, whilst Carhartt has managed to develop hardy workwear into everyday clothing staples, making the perfect union for this upcoming collection.
The drop sees both brands identities combine perfectly, working their collaborative magic across a trio of the Converse Chuck Taylor 70 Low. The classic All-American silhouettes are transformed with Carhartt WIP’s signature colours and iconic fabrications, including Tiger Camo Ripstop, White Drill, and Hamilton Duck Canvas uppers with fresh white Converse midsole and lacing.
Visually backed by a forward thinking collective including New York’s A$AP Nast, Rinse FM’s Emerald Rose, model and creative Jim Longden, and Glaswegian beatmaker Sega Bodega – this drop is a very strong look for summer.
The CARHARTT X CONVERSE CHUCK TAYLOR 70 LOW is set to drop on WEDNESDAY 31 MAY at the London Soho store, before going on general release on THURSDAY 1 JUNE. In the meantime, you can shop the current CONVERSE releases at SIZE? by following the banner below.
