Bring the Rain with the Footpatrol x RetaW NIMBUS* Collection
The FOOTPATROL x RETAW NIMBUS* collection pairs up the legendary London retailer with Tokyo’s highly respected fragrance label, originally founded in 2009 by Hiroshi Fujiwara.
The name of this special collection, NIMBUS*, was inspired by the meteorological world: the word ‘nimbus’ is derived from Latin, meaning ‘rainstorm’ or ‘cloud’. Nimbus clouds – cumulonimbus and nimbostratus – are dark in colour because they are heavily laden with tiny droplets of water that come down in the form of rain, sleet, snow or hail. Anyone in the UK, especially London, will be very familiar with this process, where the summer weather is often disrupted by the appearance of these clouds.
Presented as a ‘Juxtaposition of atmospheres’, this distinguished collection of scented products has been specially created for Footpatrol, bringing a luxurious blend of citrus notes with a mint infusion.
