As 2023 draws to a close, the sneaker community is gearing up for what releases the next year may hold. The latest model to capture our attention is none other than the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 – boasting contrastingly dark and vibrant hues. The past 12 months have seen some incredibly sleek iterations of the 2011 silhouette, like the ‘Photon Dust’ and more recently released ‘Plum Eclipse’. So, it’s safe to say that we’re buzzing for whatever the Swoosh has in store for 2024. Rumoured to drop next Spring, let’s take a look at what’s on offer.

Working atop a black and white structure, electric tones of ‘Total Orange’ and ‘Blue Glaze’ illuminate the dynamic persona of these kicks. Providing a clean base for textural embellishments like the suede black segments within the front sector, the premium mesh construction grounds the silhouette. Meanwhile, a ‘Light Bone’ hue brightens up the exterior within the side panels, Swoosh and Zoom midsole. The differentiation between the light and dark elements creates the perfect space for the vibrant accents to enter the silhouette – outlining the Swoosh, laces, insole and branding. Underfoot, the palette is harmoniously tied together, featuring hits from each hue.
