A progressive take on a Swoosh grail – introducing the Nike Air Full 180.
Last year’s Nike SNKRS Showcase let us know that there was LOTS of heat to come this year from the brand, from Classics to Retros. In and amongst the flames (more specifically, the Air Max sector) there’s one release that had old school sneaker connoisseurs particularly gassed. Yep, you guessed it, providing an innovative take on a classic, it’s none other than the Nike Air ‘Full 180’.
Now, if you haven’t been in the sneaker game for a long time, allow us to get you up to speed. Debuting back in the ‘90s, the Nike Air Max 180 ‘Ultramarine’ made big waves for its eye-catching palette and appeal. Enduring its fair share of re-releases over the years, it’s safe to say that the model has a cult fanbase, making the shoe at hand all that more exciting.
Displaying an exact inverse of the Ultramarine colourway, the ‘Full 180’ does exactly what it says on the tin. Despite utilising the exact opposite pool of hues, the shoe still carries a distinctively eye-catching steez, featuring shades of Black, Coconut Milk and Dusty Cactus. Similarly to its predecessor, an enlarged Air unit differentiates the silhouette from the rest of the Air 180 lineage, paying homage to the OG.
Although a release date for the Nike Air Full 180 (FJ9259-001) is still under wraps, we can expect the kicks to land in the near future. In the meantime, shop the latest from Nike via the banner below…
