Landing after a two year intermission, the cult fashion label and sportswear powerhouse are back to continue their VaporWaffle line, recognised for its innovation and dynamic edge. Presenting two all-new contrasting palettes of light and dark, the silhouette is elevated with a handful of contemporary adjustments. A Closer Look at the Sacai x Nike VaporWaffle…
Early released imagery depicts two colourways, with each pair flaunting a different persona. The first pair boasts a palette of black, white, silver and tonal purple hues. Each layer of construction contributes to an intricately dynamic upper, conveyed through supple suede, leather and mesh. The theme of duality runs creatively throughout the exterior within a double Swoosh and double tongue branding (for double the steez!). Looking towards the second offering, subdued neutrals flood the upper whilst hits of ‘Gorge Green’ flood the laces, branding and heel. Lastly, a rubber waffle outsole grounds these multidimensional offerings, providing both traction and flair on-the-go.
