Two strong names are back at it again… For Fall/Winter 2025, Salomon and Carhartt WIP are unveiling another utility-focused take on the chunky X-ALP model: a shoe built for the mountains, but perfectly at home as an everyday sneaker.
Following the success of the Carhartt WIP x Salomon Shelter CSWP release in 2022, this exciting new collaboration is set to drop later in 2025.

Let’s check some details: We see the popular ‘Duck Camo’ print on the tongue and heel, referencing Carhartt WIP’s military and workwear roots. The design features a black upper made from a mix of durable leather, synthetic overlays, and a protective rubber mudguard.
For extra vibe, there are co-brandings on the tongue, heel, and insoles. The X-ALP silhouette was originally a trail shoe, but this version is definitely accessible and suitable for daily wear and more!
