In a collaborative effort that nods to British heritage whilst honouring an 8 year streak of greatness, NTS Radio delivers the adidas Samba Millenium.
If you live in London and have a fervent love for music, then the chances are you’ve heard of NTS Radio. Emerging on the scene back in 2011, the global radio platform has built a community of cult listeners, allowing them to possess a strong stance in the industry that’s led them to eight long years of success. Joining forces with a fellow longstander, the Three-Stripes, NTS is officially receiving their very own adidas Samba Millenium. Spanning across two colourways that honour British football, let’s see what heritage-centred treat we’re in for!
Out of the two palettes at hand, there’s one that particularly strikes us when relating to British culture. This collaborative alliance is taking things wayyyyy back to the days of the 2006 World Cup, when the England team stepped out in unmissable blue adidas Predator Absolute. Honouring this momentous footwear moment, the first colourway dons the exact same hue. Communicated via leather panelling (wavy through stitching and by nature), the kicks flaunt a crisp white 3-Stripes and midsole.
Similarly, the Black counterpart possesses the same physical construction, contrasting textiles of leather and suede. NTS’ classic branding takes centre stage within the tongue, heel and insole, giving the platform its flowers for its undeniable impact over the past 8 years. With the option to go bright or keep things classic, the choice is yours for a Summer of sleek Samba styling.
