The NIKE SB X MEDICOM TOY BE@RBRICK BLAZER LOW continues the recent run of collaboration releases between the two brands, this time utilising the SB Blazer Low for the canvas.
First released way back in 1973, the Nike Blazer’s appeal extends way beyond its original intended basketball use and spanning a wide range of subcultures with its simple lines and colours. When you factor in the Nike SB treatment as well, the end result is a serious skate shoe that’s as functional as it is stylish. We’ve seen many collaborations on the Blazer silhouette, but this is the first Medicom edition – and it’s a good one. Sail-coloured pony hair uppers and tonal Swooshes meet with black heel tabs for contrast. Medicom branding features across the heel and on the exposed foam tongue, just to remind you whose work this is.
