The Nike SB Dunk Low Noise Aqua arrives as a fun and fuzzy iteration of the SB Dunk Low series, just in time to creep its way into your summer sneaker roster.
The Nike SB Dunk has a rich history in skateboarding and streetwear culture, originally launching back in 2002. Nike teamed up with street artists, pro skaters and trailblazers to design their own authentic colourways. As expected, this was well received by both sneaker enthusiasts and those within the skateboarding community. Today, the SB Dunk Low remains a highly sought-after model, with iterations released this year such as ‘SBD Low Purple Suede’, ‘SBD Low x Jarritos’ and the ‘SBD Low x Run The Jewels’ being met to considerable hype amongst sneaker audiences.
The first thing you notice about the silhouette is undoubtedly the textured suede that adopts the panelling across the sneaker. True to its name, the Nike SB Dunk Low Noise Aqua flaunts a refreshing palette of orange, teal and lemon shades. The premium suede-crafted base takes an aqua hue, whilst overlays are presented in a dusty orange suede. The inner lining and tongue take on a tight-knit mesh, dressed in a colour that replicates the ‘Noise Aqua’. The Swoosh and tongue branding exhibit an ‘Emerald Rise’ shade; a deeper contrast when compared to the teal base. Underfoot, the silhouette offers a zesty lemon rubber sole, adorned with faint speckles to complete the look.
