Equestrian? Reptilian? It’s a Monster Mash-Up on the Nike Air Max 90 NRG Croc Camo
The NIKE AIR MAX 90 NRG CROC CAMO goes all-out with the exotic materials and textures, resulting in a bold, dynamic edition of one of the best pieces of footwear ever designed.
Despite being one of the most-loved models in the Nike archives, the Air Max 90 is experiencing a little extra attention right now. Whilst we’ve seen a few interesting and exotic releases on this iconic silhouette, this latest addition to the AM90 arsenal raises the levels considerably. Combining a selection of different textiles and materials, this shoe mashes-up more animal styles than a car crash in a safari park. Camouflage pony hair forms a large section of the uppers, with green and brown crocodile print across the mudguard and heel adding some extra depth elsewhere. Translucent detailing on the mudgaurd badge, the lower eyestays and the heel tab are well suited to the rest of the shoe. The collar and outsole add a touch of spicy red contrast, which completes the release in formidable fashion.
