Part of the forthcoming First Use collection, this NIKE AIR MAX 90 drop references Nike’s humble beginnings as Blue Ribbon Sports and the rise of the Swoosh, reflected in the use of a vivid Signal Blue coloured upper. ‘First use June 18, 1971’ appears on the inner foot, laying claim to the exact date that the Swoosh became the official mark of Nike through the US Patent Office on June 18, 1971. With that basic Nike history lesson over, only the Air Max 90 has been spotted so far, but we expect a few more silhouettes to join the drop.
