The Nike Air Jordan 1 85 Georgetown Draws Inspiration from an ’80s Sample
Official images of the NIKE AIR JORDAN 1 85 GEORGETOWN are here and we’re expecting to release sometime in April. This one looks back over the AJ1’s illustrious history and its similarities to the Dunk. Both models were designed by Peter Moore, so it’s no surprise that the Dunk’s college-themed colourways were at the heart of both lines. This current-day option nods to an unreleased Georgetown Hoyas sample from 1984-85 with a mirrored College Navy, Summit White and Tech Grey leather construction. The only glaring difference is the ‘HOYAS’ branding being replaced with the iconic Wings logo.
