Leading Japanese retailer Beams continues its collaborative streak with homegrown footwear brand Mizuno, this time delivering an extra special take on the Wave Rider 10 model, which was first available as a limited drop fro the Beams Kyoto store opening. Inspired by both hiking and militaristic elements, its sleek military-grade nylon and leather uppers in Wood Ash adopt a utilitarian approach synonymous with Japenese style. Subtle Flame Orange details add an elevating dose of colour, with tubular laces reminiscent of climbing rope further adding to the collaboration’s outdoor aesthetic.
