The LE COQ SPORTIF R1000 OG sees the return of the silhouette first released in 1991, this time in its original colourway.
The upper sports a white mesh base overlaid by grey and black panels, with hits of orange on the lining and top and bottom eyelets providing some typically ’90s pop. A white midsole with another small hit of orange ties in nicely with the upper, whilst a black outsole with blue detailing at the toe rounds things off. To celebrate the model’s return, the shoe will launch as part of a collection alongside a ’90s-inspired apparel collection, which includes crewneck sweatshirts, joggers and hoodies with vintage colour schemes and logos. The ’90s was arguably one of the best decades for trainers, so it’s great to see more models from the decade make a return.
