INVINCIBLE x adidas Handball SPZL Gets a Distressed Makeover
To kick off Spring 2025, Taiwanese retailer INVINCIBLE has paired up with adidas for a fresh spin of the Handball SPZL, dropping two distressed takes in ‘White’ and ‘Black’ colourways. Aged aesthetics and minimalist tweaks give the silhouette a worn-in, archival look that feels both premium and street-ready.
Rooted in adidas’ terrace legacy, the Handball SPZL undergoes a thoughtful rework. The ‘White’ pair strips away the usual Three Stripes, replacing them with clean perforations reminiscent of the classic Stan Smith. Frayed overlays at the toe and heel echo a vintage appearance, while soft white leather coats the upper, including the side panels, tongue, heel, and lining for a crisp finish.
The ‘Black’ version keeps the same blueprint but adds standout detailing with cracked white leather on the stripes and heel tab, giving it a bolder edge. Both colourways keep a classic gum sole and are signed off subtly with INVINCIBLE branding on the heel and tab.
The INVINCIBLE x adidas Handball SPZL collab drops in April 2025. The ‘White’ colourway lands first on Saturday, April 12, followed by the release of both pairs on Saturday, April 19, at adidas and selected retailers.
