adidas is at it again, bringing yet another beloved character from The Simpsons to one of their silhouettes. This time, they’re celebrating Halloween with a spooky special: the adidas Rivalry Low has been given a werewolf-inspired makeover, featuring none other than Werewolf Flanders!
You might remember that moment from the show when Ned Flanders, the ever-optimistic neighbour of the Simpson family, transforms into a werewolf. This classic scene from the Treehouse of Horrors X episode has now been transformed into a sneaker that fans will love.
A Closer Look at The Simpsons x adidas Rivalry Low 86 ‘Werewolf Flanders’…
The upper part of the sneaker boasts fuzzy panels designed to resemble Flanders’ werewolf fur, while there are also nods to his everyday get-up: think pink collared shirt and green sweater.
But that’s not all! The insoles feature a cheeky reference to the 1997 slasher film I Know What You Did Last Summer, with the phrase ‘I know what you did’ printed on them.
To top it all off, the sneaker comes in special packaging complete with custom pins and an extra pair of laces. Sadly, there’s no official release date for the adidas Rivalry Low Werewolf Flanders just yet.
