The Prophere is a shoe that’s been designed to challenge our perceptions of what footwear can be. Instead of simply refining an existing sportswear or performance model, this new design takes its inspiration and DNA from creative environments and provocative subcultures. The silhouette is both disruptive in design and innovative in construction, with its bold sculpted midsole that reveals dynamic texture beneath. The bold 3-Stripe branding creates the lacing system, whilst the raw-edge leather heel cage holds things secure around the back of the foot. These elements are complemented with a one-piece black, soft knit upper that gives a nod to the adidas Originals style of innovative construction ideas. Rebellious in its design, the Prophere defines a new standard in streetwear.
Surveillance-style images have been used in the campaign visuals, honing in on the new generation of creatives that the Prophere silhouette is inspired by. Featured within the campaign and helping to express the nature of the Prophere silhouette are creatives from the emerging UK music scene Benny Mails, 808 Ink, Oscar Worldpeace and J Grrey.

We took the provocative and uncompromising thinking of the era and reimagined it for today – a confident approach to branding and unexpected proportions of toolings were the inspiration for Prophere.
