The rejuvenation of classic 3-stripes trainers seems to come pretty easy to size?, with the next chapter in their ongoing series playing host to a slightly obscure model, the BC Trainer. Named after Eastern European Handball Tournament, the Baltic Cup, the sport never really left the ground in Britain, but its soaring popularity in the rest of Europe ensured a variety of models were designed especially for the energetic sport in the 70s and 80s. Not a far cry from the Handball Spezial, the BC sports a varied toebox which is devoid of the usual T-shaped overlays on many adidas shoes of this era. The shoe was discovered by British football fans following their teams in Europe, hence cementing it as a casual terrace favourite. Now the model returns for the first time since 2012 in an OG-inspired blue suede and yellow finish, with a slight rename adhering to licensing restraints. All in all, it’s an absolute gem…
