The ADIDAS ORIGINALS ARCHIVE ZURICH breaks a 15-year hiatus with this SIZE? exclusive…
The Zurich was originally introduced back in the ‘70s, and like most of its City Series counterparts, was designed as a lightweight training shoe with a minimal design and oxhide leather construction. Support was enhanced by ankle and heel padding, along with a subtly raised heel and non-slip rubber sole unit that included a pivot point at the ball of the foot. A popular model with 3-stripes fans, size? are bringing the Zurich back for the first time since 2004, this time with a deconstructed feel to bring it closer to how the earlier models would have felt. Colour-wise, the original release is referenced but not completely copied, with a lighter shade of blue than usual appearing on the heel tab and 3-stripes. A classic gum outsole completes the look, which will be hitting size? shelves this weekend…
