Solebox Take Us Back to the Lab at Their New Solebox Amsterdam Store
The brand new SOLEBOX AMSTERDAM store takes us back to the lab with one of the best conceptual retail spaces we’ve ever seen.
Expanding their roots beyond their original Berlin base, the team at Solebox now have four stores, with this latest location being in Amsterdam. Inspired by a chemistry lab, the styling has been implemented thoroughly throughout the space. Prominent elements, such as the tiles on the floor and walls and the shelving and tables, are enhanced by the small details: authentic signage on the walls, glass flasks, a real microscope – and even the ability to flood the room with smoke to give that authentic laboratory atmosphere. To set the launch off in proper Solebox style, exclusive limited-edition restocks were also unveiled for the grand opening, including adidas x Solebox Uncaged Ultraboosts, the adidas x KITH Trail Pack, plenty of Yeezys and many more highly coveted releases. To round things off, a new long-sleeve collaboration with Daily Paper and a ‘Camp-Out Survival Kit’ were available to those who were first through the doors.
