The AIR JORDAN 12 UNC sees Nike celebrating this luxury basketball design with a fresh North Carolina themed coat of paint.
The launch of the Jordan XII saw Jordan Brand pull away and establish itself as a true subsidiary label: you’ll have a hard job finding any Nike branding on this one, with the Jumpman logo taking all the spotlight. Michael Jordan wore the Air Jordan 12 during the 1996-97 season where the Chicago Bulls would win their fifth NBA Championship in the 1997 NBA Finals. The 12 was first retro’d way back in 2003, so we’re pleased to see the return of this modern classic once again for 2016. This fresh new edition has picked up the UNC nickname referring to Michael’s alma mater, University of North Carolina. In a smart Wolf Grey, University Blue and white colour scheme, this has to be one of the finest XIIs to date.
The AIR JORDAN 12 UNC is due to release on SATURDAY 25 JUNE. Click the banner below to see the release page containing full stockist details ahead of the drop.
