NikeLab x UNDERCOVER Gyakusou Running Collection – Available now
The NIKELAB X UNDERCOVER GYAKUSOU RUNNING COLLECTION is comprised of apparel and footwear packed with innovation and creativity.
This latest collection from NIKELAB and Jun Takahashi, founder of the apparel brand UNDERCOVER, combines a blend of Nike’s industry-leading innovation and Takahashi’s creativity and unique sense of individualism. Informed by data from the Nike Explore Team Sport Research Lab and inspired by insights from Takahashi’s GIRA (Gyakusou International Running Association) crew, the collection is designed to be layered, resulting in an outfit that not only provides protection from the weather, but also articulates the modern uniform of running.
The collection is built around two colourways of the NikeLab Gyakusou Free 3.0 Flyknit, which both feature a predominantly black Flyknit upper, with the colour restricted to the Swoosh, Flywire and laces. These small amounts of colour are repeated on the Free 3.0 sole units, with a choice of blue and brown or red and green. The matching apparel includes the lightweight and waterproof Shield Runner Jacket and Pant, Dri-FIT Tights, Knit Sleeve Pullover Hoody, Aeroloft Vest, Long-Sleeve Sweat Map Shirt and Dri-FIT Stretch Woven Shorts.
