Jordan Air 4 'Rare Air'

Jordan Brand is keeping the momentum going with a fresh look at what could’ve been an unreleased Air Jordan 4 ‘Rare Air’ sample. As part of the brand’s experimental Rare Air Series, this pair offers a clean, premium spin on the classic silhouette. Just don’t expect to see it on shelves.

This version of the AJ4 follows the blueprint of its black counterpart (set to release this summer), but switches up the look with a white leather upper. Off-white accents wrap around the laces and overlays. A multicoloured sole brings in hits of red, grey, blue, and black. At the heel, bold black Nike Air branding completes the look.

Like other models in the line, this AJ4 features removable tongue patches that reveal ‘JORDAN RARE AIR’ stitched underneath.

Although the silhouette is not expected to drop, this behind-the-scenes design offers a rare glimpse into Jordan Brand’s creative process. It’s a reminder that some of the best designs stay locked in the vault.
