Pharrell’s adidas Adios Pro Evo 1 Drops Just in Time for the 2025 London Marathon
They were already spotted on the feet of Pharrell Williams during the 2024 Olympic Games: the adidas Adios Pro Evo 1. Now, the high-performance running shoe will finally be available to the public. Well — “the public” — considering the release will be extremely limited in numbers.
The adidas Adios Pro Evo 1 first debuted in autumn 2023 and immediately stood out for its cutting-edge performance technology and ultra-light weight (just 138 grams). The silhouette is said to be a remarkable 40% lighter than other running shoes in its category.
Since its launch, the adidas Adios Pro Evo 1 has become a staple in the running world, already breaking multiple world records. Now, especially for the London Marathon taking place this Sunday, Pharrell’s colourway will be released in limited quantities.
The ‘Earth’ colourway — as the name suggests — draws on earthy tones. The upper is constructed from a white, breathable mesh that’s almost transparent. The enlarged midsole incorporates the ultra-light Lightstrike Pro Evo technology, while the Adizero logo appears on the tongue.
