Take A Look at the C.P. Company x adidas Spezial Anniversary Line-up

Joining forces for the iconic celebration that is the adidas Spezial 10th anniversary, C.P. Company and the Three-Stripes have not one, but six new kicks up their sleeve. Yep, the alliance are really treating us – maintaining the extremely high bar that was set from their previous venture that saw the adidas Italia Spezial and apparel met with a sell-out response. 

Taking things up a notch, this collaboration spotlights four of low-profile Spezial silhouettes: the Wimberley Spezial, SL 83 Spezial, Helvellyn Spezial and Italia Spezial. Although official imagery is still trickling into our feeds, we’ve got a decent look at the upcoming line-up, due to be landing this November. Let’s get into it!

A Closer Look at the C.P. Company x adidas Spezial Collection…

Wimberley Spezial ‘Tech Khaki’  (JR5288) & ‘Sand’ / SL 83 Spezial (IH3306) / Helvellyn Spezial (IH3305) / Italia Spezial (IH3307) / Manchester Spezial (IH3312)

Starting off strong, the Wimberly SPZL arrives across a beautifully refined colour scheme, exuding the premium label’s commitment to luxury. Expressing a classy appeal across supple suede and buttery leathers, the woven 3-Stripes boast an olive green hue that ties in with the laces, tongue and insoles. The second serving of the Wimberly Spezial reflects an opposing palette of brighter hues – a citrusy upper against clean white accents. 

Next up, we have the SL 83 Spezial, which may seem familiar, and we can tell you exactly why! Recognised as a hybrid of the SPZL and SL models, this iteration flaunts a sophisticated colourway of black, khaki, and gold, highlighting suave co-branding within the tongue label. Continuing the elegance within the highly-anticipated Italia SPZL sequel, the shoe dons a ‘Collegiate Royal’ hue throughout the exterior, whilst ‘Chalk White’ accents flood the toe-box, lacing segment, 3-Stripes and heel. 

The collection also features the adidas Manchester Handball, a standout with its bold, vibrant blue and red palette – a sharp departure from the collection’s otherwise earthy tones. However, with that said, the final entry Helvellyn Spezial opts for a more subdued look. Utilising an almost metallic-resembling mesh as its base, a light brown shade floods the suede panelling for a sleek, respectable look.
