BAPE and Xbox Reunite for a Fresh Collection
Back in 2003, BAPE teamed up with Xbox for the first time. Making waves for with a unique faceplate for the original Xbox; you already know that NIGO (the founder of BAPE) had to feature the brand’s iconic camo pattern. Now, over 20 years later, they’re joining forces again to drop a new collection. Let’s have a look!
When you check out the collection, one thing stands out on all the items. The iconic BAPE ape iconography dons a fresh look. For this collaboration, they’ve merged the Xbox and BAPE logo to deliver sick new hybrid co-branding. Consisting of T-shirts, hoodies, and shorts – all in a sleek white and black colourway – the capsule seamlessly communicates the essence of both brands.
A stand-out of the collection has to be the special edition BAPE STA. These sleek B&W trainers arrive dressed with green accents and of course, the co-branded logo. On the heel, you’ll find the inspiring message ‘Power your dreams‘. We’re here for it!
There’s buzz about a limited-edition Xbox console being part of this collection, though it hasn’t been confirmed just yet. The BAPE x Xbox Collection will be available from SATURDAY 13TH JULY 2024. You can grab your favourites online at BAPE’s store or in their physical shops.
