The Boston Celtics clinched their second win against the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Finals, with a final score of 105-98. While the action on the court was intense, the buzz along the sidelines was equally electric, thanks to the star-studded guest list! No stranger to catching the attention of the public, Travis Scott‘s footwear choice was loud amongst the noise. Showing off an exclusive new colourway of his signature Jordan Jumpman Jack sneakers – it looks like things are more vibrant than ever.
In Game 2 at the Boston Garden, Scott’s ‘Celtics’ colourway sneakers were the talk of the town. Clearly inspired by the Celtics’ mascot, Lucky the Leprechaun, these sneakers feature the team’s signature green, black and white colours.
The sneakers have a black suede base with little holes on the front for airflow. They’ve got extra green bits to give them that Celtics vibe, and there’s a white reverse Swoosh on the side. Plus, you’ll spot the Cactus Jack logo stamped on the heel. To top it off, there’s a black sole and a tough green rubber outsole.
For now, it appears that the Jordan Jumpman Jack ‘Celtics’ colourway is an exclusive design for Travis Scott, crafted specifically for the NBA Finals. If there’s a release, we’ll keep you posted first through our Instagram account. So, make sure to follow us @thedropdate.
