The Nike Air Max 1 Safety Orange Will Heat Up Your Autumn Rotation
After months of waiting, the Nike Air Max 1 Safety Orange is just around the corner! This year, Nike haven’t been holding back when it comes to releasing new AM1 colourways, typically carrying a refined persona across each iteration. Palette’s like ‘Medium Olive’, ‘Black & White’ and ‘Clear Jade’ keep things simple, drawing similarities to the colour blocking structure of the OG Air Max 1 silhouette. Staying in line with this construction is the AM1 Safety Orange, adopting an amber hue that’s sure to keep us warm this Autumn/Winter.
Creating a pristine canvas for the electric hue is a crisp white base, composed of breathable mesh. Utilised in conjunction with the white midsole, laces, insole and Air unit, the kicks ooze a box fresh steeze. A subtle contrast in the upper is communicated by light grey overlays, within the vamp, mid-panel and heel. Each of these components take on a supple finish. We’d be lying if we said that the citrusy hue wasn’t our favourite element of this model; a radiant take on an autumnal release. Seamlessly flooding the Swoosh, mudguard and detailing is the ‘Safety Orange’ charm, taking form as a felt-resembling suede fabric. There’s no doubt that this playful iteration will be bringing a splash of colour to your sneaker rotation, especially during these darker months.
