The Saucony x END. Shadow 6000 Fried Chicken is Deep Fried to Perfection
The SAUCONY X END. SHADOW 6000 FRIED CHICKEN continues the pair’s run of fast food-inspired collabs with this finger-lickin’ good addition. The Shadow 6000 from 1991 is literally turned into a piece of fried chicken with golden shaggy suede mirroring the appearance of its crispy coating. Attention to detail is up there on this one, with Saucony’s logo – representing the boulders lining Saucony Creek’s bed – transformed into a chenille chicken drumstick with a cute white bone sticking out of the end. Fuzzy laces add to the deep-fried theme with a cartoon chicken, likened to chicken shop packaging, appearing on the tongue. The shoe is presented in a special edition fried chicken-styled box, complete with checkered tissue paper. Saucony and END. have gone all out on this one!
