The NEW BALANCE 991FA FLIMBY 30TH ANNIVERSARY is a special release, acknowledging and paying homage to the hardworking and skilled members of New Balance’s UK factory team.
The 991 returned back with a bang, after being unavailable for some time. First released in back in 2001, New Balance decided to bring it out of the archives and out into the wild once again, with great success. This latest edition looks to New Balance’s UK manufacturing hub in Flimby, Cumbria for inspiration, and pays respects to the legendary team of hard workers within. Constructed with smooth nubuck leather and mesh uppers in charcoal, teal and stone, the midsole features ABZORB® cushioning and a responsive rubber outsole for high-grade comfort in every step.
