size?’s archive partnership with the Three Stripes continues with two traditionally-inspired colourways of the ADIDAS ORIGINALS ARCHIVE TRX RUNNER.
First introduced by adidas as a lightweight runner in the mid to late ‘70s, the TRX boasted a nylon and suede construction commonly favoured by performance models at the time, which offered a durable finish without weighing runners down. The model’s design improved year after year, and the forthcoming drop looks to the TRX Runner’s 1984 build, making only slight changes to the multi-ridged midsole which is replaced by a single ridge sweeping the shoe’s full length. Two traditional colourways add to the retro aesthetic, in a choice of either bright orange and yellow or navy and silver, featuring the model name emblazoned on the 3-Stripe taping.
The ADIDAS ORIGINALS ARCHIVE TRX RUNNER will release exclusively at SIZE? on FRIDAY 29 JUNE: follow the banner below to shop the latest at SIZE? ahead of the drop.
