Step out in Luxury Fabrication with the Vans Sk8-Hi & Authentic Japanese Boro
Vans updates some of their classics in Japanese fabrication with the VANS SK8-HI & AUTHENTIC JAPANESE BORO.
Traditional Japanese boro fabric has been picked up by Vans for an updated fabrication across their iconic Sk8-Hi and Authentic silhouettes. This fabric is characterised by various indigo-dyed textiles sewn together into a patchwork design, with these recycled and reworked swatches creating a unique, luxury-looking aesthetic. Both silhouettes feature patterned panels and oversized threads, sat upon clean white cupsoles that maintain the signature Vans DNA. An additional Slip-On model is also a member of the pack, first seen back in March 2018, but strangely omitted from the images we’re seeing online at the moment.
