The Nike Air Monarch Steals The Show…
If at this time last year we told you the NIKE AIR MONARCH would steal the show at any Fashion Week runway then you’d have probably either laughed us out of the room or maybe even baffled as to what the Air Monarch actually was. Now, steadily moving into 2018, the “dad sneaker” has fully taken hold, even stealing the show at regular Swoosh collaborator John Elliott’s NYFW show, where attentions were flitted from the designer’s collection to – you guessed it – this wild red, white, and blue spiced up spin on the discount Air silhouette. Daubed the “NIKE M2K TECHNO,” it was further joined by the NIKE AIR MAX 270, a stacked creeper sole NIKE VANDAL 2K, and Elliott’s third NIKE VANDAL HIGH with the Swoosh, amongst others.
